Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between REYVIO (Victor Veyrier, sole trader, SIRET: 901 549 956 00018, 5 Rue Fontaine Madame, 02400 Brasles), hereinafter "the Service Provider", and any client using its services, hereinafter "the Client".

1. Scope

REYVIO offers website creation, marketing automation and digital consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs.

2. Quotes & orders

Each project begins with a free, personalised quote valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of the quote by the Client constitutes a purchase order and full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Pricing & VAT

Prices are quoted in euros. As a sole trader under the VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the French Tax Code), VAT is not applicable — invoices carry the note "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI".

4. Payment terms

  • 40 % upon quote signing (deposit)
  • 30 % upon delivery of the approved mockup
  • 30 % upon go-live

Monthly subscriptions (CRM, maintenance, automations) are billed in advance. Late payment incurs statutory interest plus a flat fee of €40.

5. Timelines

Timelines are indicative and depend on the timely provision of materials by the Client (content, feedback, approvals). Any delay attributable to the Client shall not engage the liability of REYVIO.

6. Intellectual property

The Client becomes the owner of all deliverables upon full payment. REYVIO retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.

7. Confidentiality

REYVIO undertakes to keep confidential all information provided by the Client in the course of the engagement.

8. Liability

REYVIO's liability is limited to the amounts received for the relevant engagement. REYVIO cannot be held liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue.

9. Termination

In the event of a material breach, the aggrieved party may terminate after a formal notice that remains unaddressed for 15 days. Any deposit paid remains with the Service Provider.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
