Privacy Policy

REYVIO processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected

  • Contact form: name and email (required), company, phone and message (optional)
  • Booking: the contact details you enter and the slot you choose
  • Audience measurement: page viewed, referring site, device and browser type; the IP address is processed by our servers for security and visit counting

The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Audience is measured without cookies, with tools hosted on our own servers. Fonts are served from reyvio.com: no data is sent to an ad network, a social network or a font provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to your contact, quote and booking requests — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Managing the client relationship and delivering services — performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Measuring the site’s audience and protecting it against abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))
  • Keeping accounts and invoicing — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Sub-processors & tools

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting (Germany, European Union)
  • Self-hosted database — storage of contact requests, on that same server
  • Hostinger — business email for contact@reyvio.com

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties. It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Retention periods

  • 3 years after the last contact for prospects
  • 10 years for accounting records (invoices)
  • 25 months at most for audience statistics

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@reyvio.com: you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

7. Security

HTTPS encryption, restricted access, encrypted backups on Hetzner infrastructure (EU). No sensitive data stored in plain text.
