Relais
A small business’s automations: quotes sent, follow-ups, unpaid invoices chased.
AI systems · triage, follow-ups, generation
Triage of incoming requests, follow-ups on quotes and unpaid invoices, generated documents, synchronised tools: we automate what repeats, and you stay in control of every step.
Quote requests, invoices, complaints: someone has to read, sort and forward them by hand.
Unanswered quotes, unpaid invoices, incomplete files.
An order copied from the website to invoicing, then to the tracking spreadsheet.
Connected to the tools you already use.
Emails and forms sorted, then passed to the right person.
Pending quotes, unpaid invoices, missing documents: at the right time.
Quotes, meeting notes, standard replies, prepared for approval.
Your software connected together: no more copy and paste.
Low stock, delay, threshold exceeded: you know before it becomes a problem.
Every run is logged, every step can be tuned or switched off.
The foundation is already in production: the budget goes into your business.
About automation and AI.
Those that repeat and follow rules: sorting emails, chasing a quote, preparing a document, copying data from one tool to another, raising an alert when a threshold is crossed. If someone can explain the rule in two sentences, it can usually be automated.
No. We connect to what you already use: email, spreadsheets, invoicing software, CRM, online shop.
Every automation keeps a log of what it did. Where a mistake would be costly, the step waits for human approval. You can adjust a threshold or switch off a step at any time.
It is hosted on European servers operated by the studio. If an external AI model is needed, that is decided with you during scoping and written into the scope, with the list of data involved.
It is priced like a small project: written scope, fixed quote, no hourly meter. Scoping is also there to check that the time saved justifies the investment. If it does not, we tell you.
