What's the difference between a package and an à la carte service?
Packages (Essential / Business / Premium) bundle a website plus complementary services (CRM, automations, strategy) with full support. À la carte services are standalone — ideal if you already have a stack and just need a specific piece.
Is VAT included?
No. REYVIO operates as a French micro-business under the VAT exemption scheme (Art. 293 B CGI). Your invoices do not include VAT.
How does payment work?
40% on quote signature, 30% on mockup approval, 30% on go-live. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each period.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, always. A 30-minute call is enough to assess your needs and give you a precise estimate, with no commitment.
Do you work on all types of projects?
Websites, mobile apps, business software, automations, visual identity — yes. If your project falls outside these categories, mention it on the call.
How long does a project take?
Between 2 and 10 weeks depending on complexity. A showcase website takes 2–4 weeks; a mobile app 6–10 weeks. The timeline is defined in the quote.
Is hosting included?
For websites and web apps, hosting for the first year is included. It runs on a dedicated European server with HTTPS, automatic backups and monitoring.
